Loui's Barber Shop
 

Loui’s Barber Shop was opened in Tacoma over 25 years ago by Lou To and his son Tom.

​

Immigrating from Vietnam in 1993, they sought to make a good and honest living for themselves in the United States.

Tom To, the main barber in the shop, started cutting hair as a teenager following in his father’s footsteps.

 

He started off cutting his friends' hair and through hard work, attention to detail, and great customer service has built a sizable client base purely through word-of-mouth.

Tom would like to further his reach in the community and welcome new clients to his newly remodeled shop.
